Century 21 Cambodia, a leading US-based real estate franchise, was awarded “the best real estate brand” in Cambodia for the last two consecutive years, from 2020 to 2021. Only this real estate firm in Cambodia was awarded this honour by the Global Economics Magazine based in the United Kingdom.
The award was given to Century 21 Cambodia amid the firm is continuing its expansion plan in every corner of the country, in a hope to capturing a large market share.
According to the evaluation conducted by Global Economics Magazine’s expert team, this honour stands for the outstanding brand-building and marketing efforts to foster marketing awareness in the real estate professional community.

Cambodia is the 75th official country for CENTURY 21 Real Estate, with Century 21 Cambodia operating as a master franchisor in the country. Currently, the company has granted its franchises to 23 companies in the Kingdom, with more than 1000 qualified and well-trained professional agents.
The Global Economics, which is a UK-based financial and business magazine, launches its Annual Award Program by highlighting the best performers in various financial sectors worldwide and honoured.
Twelve companies listed as the top real estate brands in 2021 located in various countries were awarded by the Magazine. In Cambodia, the award-winning best brand in the real estate sector of the year was honoured by Century 21 Cambodia. ALARGAN International Real Estate Company was awarded for the most innovative residential developers in Kuwait, and The Sentry honoured by the magazine as the best new real estate firm in Vietnam – to name a few.
