Golden Tree (GT) is honored to inform the investors who participated in the Subscription of Golden Tree Bond from 28 November to 05 December 2022. 60,721 bonds have been subscribed by 10 investors. The result of the Subscription has already been approved by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) according to the approval letter number 002/23 SERC dated 02 January 2023.
