Century 21 Cambodia has teamed up with Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA), aiming to promote luxury holiday villa project – HARMONY VALLEY, to one thousand enterprise owners who are members of CWEA.
The two parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Hyatt Regency at when the agreement inked between Chief Operation Officer at Century 21 Cambodia, Seraj Sutton and Oknha Keo Mom, president of CWEA. During the signing ceremony, micro business registration guideline was briefly introduced to potential participants by government officials from the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industrial, and the Ministry of Interior.
“We believe this collaboration will bring the two parties closer since most of the CWEA members are our targeted customers,” stated Mr Seraj Sutton during the ceremony. He went on to state that some CWEA members have already become customers of the project, HARMONY VALLEY, and so far, more CWEA members have express their interests.

“The next step, we will arrange a trip to HARMONY VALLEY to let our customers experience the new environment and discover more about our project,” he added.
Century 21 Cambodia is the exclusive sales agent for many of the finest development projects in Cambodia including the FOREST HARMONY, GOLF HARMONY, RESIDENCE HARMONY, LAGOON HARMONY and LIVING HARMONY projects as well as the European Design Luxury Holiday Villas and Condominiums which are being developed at Prey Thnang commune of Teuk Chhou district, some 18 km from Kampot town.
Mrs Oknha Keo Mom, President of CWEA, has said that this collaboration will bring Century 21 Cambodia and CWEA even closer and allows CWEA to promote the HARMONY VALLEY project to the members of CWEA, which will make it more reliable for the targeted customers.

“We understand the wish of our members is to have a place or holiday home they can come and relax, to help improve their quality of life, as well as their physical and mental health,” said Mrs. Oknha Keo Mom, “so they can return to work feeling recharged and ready for their business venture.”
Early last year, Century 21 Cambodia also signed MOU with BRED Bank Cambodia, appointing the bank as its finance partner for properties that are exclusively promoted by the Century 21 Cambodia Network. (Read More)
