Forest Harmony, a locally leading luxury holiday villa home developer, announced on Saturday the soft launch of its second phase development project in Kampot – called GOLF HARMONY in 27.3 hectares of land – bringing the first of its kind golf course into the charming province together with a villa project in green space landscape.
The first phase of Forest Harmony project, comprising of 78 villas covering 13 hectares of land, was launched in December 2019; with more than 60 percent of the villa has sold out.

Mr.Seraj Sutton, Chief Operation Officer of Century 21 Cambodia exclusive rights agent for the Forest Harmony project, said the development of GOLF HARMONY will enhance the modern lifestyle for villa-owners in phase I. He went on to state that the second phase project will add more color to Kampot province where tourism, real estate, and investment opportunity are growing rapidly.

For phase II, the construction of the Golf Course, Villas, and Condominiums are sitting on 27.3 hectares of land and it is expected to complete within two years. The Golf Course comprises of 9 holes and Four-block of the condominiums comprise 5 floors each.
