The U.S-based franchise real estate firm Century 21 Zillion Holding last Sunday organized its recruitment campaign for 3800 land specialists in Kampot province, impressively breaking more than 600 participants record.
The company — which specializes in the land market: buy, sell, and lease across the Kingdom – is well on its way recruiting 3,800 new agents nationwide. The campaign has so far completed in five provinces — including Preah Sihanoukville, Siem Reap, Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, and Kampong Thom.
Kampot and Kep are the sixth destination where the firm is looking at hundreds of dynamic candidates to fulfill the function being among the cumulative 3,800 land specialists in the two provinces.
Kuy Vat, board of director of Century 21 Cambodia, a master franchise of Century 21 Zillion Holding, said the huge number of participations is in response to a big mission of the company, aiming to promote the growing real estate sector in Cambodia.
Delivering his speech during the event, Mr. Vat went on to state that the company has already invited experts and coaches locally and internationally to be ready for training those who wish to join the company among 3,800 land specialists.
“When they get trained well by these experts and coaches, I think they will certainly acquire a lot of knowledge in terms of the real estate sector. And knowing well in this sector is critical. When finishing their training course, it will enable them to go to the field and practice what they learned,” he said.
The event in Kampot-Kep was more than just the recruitment campaign. Also, many speakers shared their knowledge regarding perspective in real estate business, the market development, and self-development skills to the participants. Those speakers are including; Mr. Chrek Soknim, president of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA), Mr. Va Vireak who is the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Mr. Preab Kol, a coach of Century 21 Zillion Holding and a popular motivation speaker Khim Sokheng – just to name a few.
CVEA president Soknim said the association members have, thus far, climbed to 120 firms, adding that Century 21 Zillion Holding’s recruitment mission is actually in line with the association policy, with a goal to enlarge the human resource in the real estate sector.
“The real estate sector has enjoyed remarkable growth in the last five years, and this literally means that more human resources and professionally educated to serve to market need, roughly 10,000 skillful work-force are additional needed in the sector,” Mr. Soknim emphasized.
Vith Vathana, who joined the seminar as a representative of Kampot governor, stated in the event that the company’s mission and training the human resources in the field of land specialist will significantly contribute to increasing the land market price in the province, a better extent.
“The real estate market here in Kampot, especially the land price is not yet as high as Preah Sihanoukville and Kep. This is the opportunity for those who wish to join the company as the land specialist for the province, and because the company itself has a clear and far-sighted vision,” he explained.
