Forest Harmony, which is the Western-style luxurious holiday villa project being developed in Kampot province, has sold out after sale launching in late 2019, according to Century 21 Cambodia appointed exclusive rights agent for the project.
Seraj Sutton, Chief Operation Officer at Century 21 Cambodia, said the project is on the right track and all villas at the project has sold out, despite the current situation is a little bit challenging.

“We are proud to achieve this great move, and this has reflected buyer’s confidents in our project. With wining buyer’s trust as such, we do hope that this will help us to achieve another great sale in our next projects’ phases,” he said.
Forest Harmony project, comprising of 78 villas covering 13 hectares of land, was launched in December 2019. Forest Harmony is just the first phase of Harmony Valley, a mix-used development project with many development phases: FOREST HARMONY, GOLF HARMONY, RESIDENCE HARMONY, LAGOON HARMONY and LIVING HARMONY.
Harmony Valley is bringing the first of its kind luxury holiday accommodation into the Kingdom’s hotspot tourism – Kampot.
In Sitha, Executive Director of Forest Harmony Co., Ltd – the Harmony Valley’s developer, said construction at the project’s first phase, Forest Harmony, is on the go and completion set to go as planned.
Construction at our project is going smoothly without any challenges, he said.
“Our project is being built in a strategic position, which simply means we have built the main parts first, such as main road and drainage systems, and then we started working on the project foundation. From there, the storey is built one by one,”Mr. Sitha explained.
Harmony Valley is located in Phary Village, Prey Thnong Commune, Toek Chhou District which is about 18 Kilometer from Kampot town. Harmony Valley offers stunning panoramic views of the beautiful green landscape, making it the perfect retreat for nature lovers and even those simply looking to get away from the busy city.
