Two member companies of Century 21 Cambodia obtained 3 awards from the Cambodia Real Estate Award this year.
Century 21 Advanced Property alone won 2 awards, one for Real Estate Agency of The Year and another one is Agency of Choice. Century 21 Fortuna Investment also honoured the award for International Agency of The Year.

Chief Executive Director at Century 21 Advanced Property, Mrs. Chanty Tivea, stated that the awards are a result of her team’s hard work and their sense of responsibility.
As a side note, Century 21 Advanced Property is a member of Century 21 Cambodia which mainly focus on buying, selling, and leasing property. The company has expanded itself to 6 locations across Phnom Penh. It is also expected to increase to 10 locations by 2023 to serve the high demand of property and the rise of the real estate market.

Century 21 Fortuna Investment and Century 21 Advanced Property are both members of Century 21 Cambodia. Up until now, Century 21 Cambodia has granted its franchise to 23 companies with more than 1000 well-trained and professional agents.
This year, one hundred companies participated in the Cambodia Real Estate Award 2022. Only 30 companies won the awards. These companies are experts in several areas of real estate which comprise Real Estate Agency, Property Development Project, and Property Developer.
The award ceremony has been held annually by Real estate.com.kh since 2008; with the purpose of rewarding and acknowledging real estate developers and companies for their achievements and contribution to the industry.
