Zillion United has recently announced its partnership agreement, teaming up with Century 21 H.E Investment for exclusive sale of shophouse project situated along the national road 5 in Russey Keo district. The location boosts its high potential for such residential project.
The two companies signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on June 30, 2022, at when Century Century 21 H.E Investment given green light to be exclusive sale agent for 23-shophouse project, which developed by Kampu Borey. The MoU was signed by Okhna Kang Sothy, Chairman of Zillion United and Mr. Ly Soklang, CEO of Century 21 H.E Investment.

Century 21 H.E Investment’s CEO Mr. Ly Soklang, said that the National Road No. 5, specifically located in Russey Keo district is an attractive location for living and business purpose, thanks to the road connecting the capital city to northwest provinces of the country. NR5 runs across provinces such as Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Battambang, and Banteay Meanchey.

“With the construction is drawing near and the project location boosts high potential, we committed to getting this project deal closed as planned,” he said, adding by estimated that it may take over one year to sell out of the 23-shophouse project.
Among the total of 23 shophouses, three of which will be listed on UT SWAP, where investors can buy, sell or trade their fractional share of real estate project. Having said that, investors are easily accessible starting with as little as $0.94 per UT (unit of trust).
