Cambodia hailed as emerging real estate market, investor says

Cambodia’s real estate market has shown its enormous potential, set to be a promising market in the eye of beholders, an investor has said.

Potential US investors see Asia as a significant market for real estate investments, and Cambodia is one of the strategic gateways, according to Khim Sok Heng, a well-known motivational speaker and real estate investor.

During his business trip this week to the United States accompanied by the US-based Century 21 Cambodia and Z1 Financial, he said “our mission is bringing new innovative technologies, potential business partnerships, and fund mobilization from foreign investors to help develop our homeland.”

Cambodia is the 75^th official country for the brand to get its foothold. Century 21 Cambodia is a master franchisee, and it has licensed to 23 franchises in Cambodia, creating more than 1,000 job opportunities thus far since its business inception in the Kingdom 2014.

Z1 Financial, a digital asset management and investment service company, will expand its business network in the US during the business trip. The company organized a sharing session on Cambodia’s investment opportunity, from 22-27 March to US investors. Mr Khim Sok Heng is one of the speakers.
