Real estate investment has significantly contributed to Cambodia’s foreign direct investments (FDIs). According to the National Bank of Cambodia’s annual report, the Kingdom’s FDI inflows totaled approximately $3 billion last year. Construction and real estate accounted for 17% of the total.
